Following the launch of NGA National Tail Extension Service (TES), we are launching an offer to credit back retail service providers any NGA national handover re-mapping and handover change charges incurred over the next nine months.

What does it mean for retail service providers

It means that we will credit for any handover re-mapping charge (of $1.98 per line) and handover change charge (of $23.62 per handover) incurred over a set period of nine months.

Eligibility

Your order will be eligible for this offer if you select a national UFB Handover for your NGA Tail Extension Service between 1 April and 31 December 2020.

How it will work

You will be charged for these one-off charges, but each month we’ll identify the preceding month’s eligible orders and credit you back. 

Benefits

This offer will provide you with credit for charges associated with the re-mapping of existing NGA lines to the nominated national UFB handover. Furthermore, it will allow you to focus on the transition of your underutilised points of interconnect to a single handover.
