We will credit for any handover re-mapping charge (of $1.98 per line) and handover change charge (of $23.62 per handover) incurred over a set period of nine months.

Where you select a national UFB handover for your Tail Extension Service between 1 April and 31 December 2020, your order will be eligible for this offer, and we’ll credit you back the one-off charges in the following month.

Benefits

This offer will provide you with credit for charges associated with the re-mapping of existing NGA lines to the nominated national UFB handover. Furthermore, it will allow you to focus on the transition of your underutilised points of interconnect to a single handover.

Key terms and conditions

1. Term and termination: the offer will commence on 1 April 2020 and will terminate on 31 December 2020, unless terminated earlier under (2) below.
2. Extensions, withdrawals and amendments:  we may extend the time frame or the scope of the offer with 30 days’ notice. We may withdraw the offer or restrict its scope before the termination date. If this occurs, we will try and consult with you and we will give you 60 days’ notice unless we’re required to withdraw or restrict the scope of the offer due to an external event, in which case the notice may be shorter.  
3. Eligibility:  any orders for the NGA Tail Extension Service placed during the offer period, where a aational UFB handover connection is selected and the relevant charges are incurred, will qualify for this offer.
4. Credit contribution:  service providers will be charged for handover re-mapping and handover change during the offer period but will receive a credit the following month from the date of the invoice. Each month we will identify the preceding month’s eligible orders and will pay service providers the applicable credits.
