Our ‘Mix It Up’ fibre offer closes at the end of this month for measuring thresholds. The next quarter will commence for the next month. We are also now seeking feedback on possible future iterations.

What’s happening

Our second quarter is due to end 30 September, incentive thresholds will be calculated for the previous three months and if met, credits are will be applied in October for those service given. From 1 October our third quarter will commence and run through to 31 December 2019.  We would like to propose what our fibre offer will look like for the second half of FY20.

What’s the detail

We have seen strong growth in Gig uptake due to our ‘Mix It Up’ fibre offer that is currently in market.  As we near the end of the second quarter please check with your Account Manager if you would like to know how you are tracking with your thresholds for both incentives.

Our final quarter will commence from 1 October and thresholds will be measured up until 31 December 2019.  Full details of the current offer is available here.

Possible future iterations

We may decide to launch another iteration of the ‘Mix it up’ fibre offer for the remainder of the 2020 financial year. Should we do so, those of you who would like to participate will be given the opportunity to do so provided they agree to the terms of that offer.

Our proposed iterations is likely to follow the same format as the current ‘Mix It Up’ with a few key changes:

1. NGA Evolve 200/20M plans will still count towards thresholds but will not earn incentives post 31 December; and
2. We may adjust the eligibility/credit thresholds, considering the next Gig plan price decrease from 1 July 2020 to $56 per month.

Please note that this proposed possible offer iteration, including the indicative financial incentives identified, remains under development and is still in the consultation phase. We can’t guarantee the details will be reflected in the terms of this offer without amendment. The final offer we choose to launch in due course may differ from this final offer.
