Following the announcement of NGA price changes on 27 March 2019, we are now publishing them on the service provider website.

What’s happening

In November 2018 we announced proposed pricing changes to take effect from 1 July 2019 and proposed a consultation framework we would use to engage with you on those pricing changes. We sought feedback from you about both the consultation framework and the proposed pricing changes themselves.  We received a limited amount of feedback from retail service providers during our extended consultation period. On 27 March 2019, after carefully considering all feedback received, we announced the NGA price changes. We’ve explained why these changes are necessary in the earlier update. 

What’s the details

[Please note that technical development of the Small Business Fibre product is well underway and the product has recently been approved by the TCF product forum. We have sought approval of the product from Crown Infrastructure Partners (CIP) however customers wanting to adopt Small Business Fibre should factor in the new 1 July 2019 launch date into their technical development and go to market planning.]
