Our Gateway B2B is designed to allow you to access our services utilising a business to business document exchange mechanism. B2B is an interface that acts as a touch point between two business systems.

For example sending a problem report to us would involve:

  • Your representative log faults via your fault management system
  • An interaction will happen via the your B2B interface (MSH) to our B2B interface
  • This feeds the fault report to our problem management system
  • Our problem management system will confirm and send a response back
  • Message responses will follow the reverse route back to you
