We’ve identified residential addresses that haven't had an active Chorus broadband connection for one month or more, and indicated the best broadband possible there i.e. intact fibre, VDSL or EUBA.

It also includes the previous ‘Standard off-net list’, along with any addresses that do not have a Chorus broadband (Layer 2) connection.

We'll update this list monthly. So you can offer the best customer experience, we’ll highlight addresses where we believe NGA is intact. This means a fibre install has been completed at that address.

We have removed the ONT ID from the report and replaced it with an ONT flag. If you require the ONT ID it is still available in the ONT status at an address report.
