In February 2021, the Chorus Rainbow Network kicked off a series of workshops with the industry to build guidelines for our people leaders and employees that are non-binary or transgender. With your help, we’ve now completed this work and would like to share these guidelines with you. 

Please join us for the launch of transgender and non-binary guidelines by the industry, for the industry on Thursday 29 July. Please feel free to ask any questions during the session and help us celebrate the development of a building block to support inclusive workplaces.

We extend this invite to you and trans and non-binary team members. This session will be co-hosted by Chorus and contributors from the trans and non-binary community at the Chorus Fibre Lab.

• 1.00pm - 1.15pm     Arrive at the Chorus Fibre Lab for meet and greet 
• 1.15pm - 1.30pm     Welcome and key acknowledgements 
• 1.30pm - 2.15pm     Run through of the proposed new policy 
• 2:15pm - 2.30pm     Questions and answers 
• 2:30pm - 4.00pm    Celebration, drinks and nibbles  

*If we are in a position where  COVID-19 lockdowns are in place, we may take the decision to hold this event online or we will push the workshop out to a later date. We will keep you updated.
