After talking to you, we recognised there was a common theme regarding the challenge of internal prioritisation. As a result, we have developed Chorus Kickstart, to support RSPs activity by advancing incentive credits to fund activity that is targeting fibre growth, upfront.

How Kickstart works

• An RSP applies to their Customer Engagement team for an advance that support specific activity intended to drive fibre growth.
• The activity needs to clearly support fibre growth e.g. it could be a targeted campaign using off-net addresses list and / or increased capability or resources within the RSP that will support fibre growth.
• The Kickstart advance is limited to the lesser of (a) the total of last 3 months’ RSP credits (based on the FY25 RSP incentive credit package) received or (b) $200,000.
• Once activity is agreed and the application is accepted by Chorus , we will pay the advance in the next payment cycle. The advance is treated as a loan and is ‘repaid’ via deduction from the following month(s) incentive credit payment(s) - details of credits can be found here.
