The LFCs have refined the proposed LFC Inactive ONT Incentive to further support your fibre objectives. We’re excited to share the updated details of this collaborative initiative.

• Expanded offer: at your request, the incentive now includes the 1Gbps product alongside Fibre 300/100 and Fibre Starter/HFS (or equivalent).  
• Combined opportunity: across all LFCs, this campaign represents a significant opportunity, with over 185,000 inactive ONTs eligible for reconnection.

Incentive details

• Special incentive: Equivalent to 6 months free on applicable wholesale charge for 12 months on eligible plans (actual value varies by LFC charges).
• Eligibility: Installed ONTs inactive for 180+ days, based on addresses provided by the LFCs.
• Offer mechanism: Fulfilment will vary by LFC (e.g. credits with clawbacks or discounts on monthly charges).
• Data support: Retailers will be provided access to a single, combined LFC data file with eligible addresses updated weekly. This consolidated file will be available on each of the LFCs service provider websites.
• Incentive period: Available for order from 1 April to 30 June 2025, with service activation by 31 July 2025.
