Whispir Migration – new address for outage notifications

We are migrating our Whispir communication channels to an AWS based platform in Australia. As you are signed up to receive Outage notifications for both planned and unplanned outages via this channel, we wish to notify you of this change that will be effective 30 October 2024.

We have taken this opportunity to also simplify our outage notifications to deliver a better customer experience with both planned and unplanned outage notifications now being sent from the one sender address changing from noreply@service.whispir.co.nz to no-reply@notifications.chorus.co.nz.

Please ensure that you update our old URLs to this new one from 30 October 2024 and change any rules to reflect the new address along with any white listings.

If you have any systems that are reliant on these notifications, please make sure that they are adjusted to accept the new address from 30 October 2024.
