Pure Fibre (Consumer) and FLASH (Business) offers extended to 30 September 2024

This is notice that we are extending our current Consumer (Pure Fibre) and Business (FLASH) offers until 30 September 2024.  

The structure of credits and eligibility for both programmes will not change. If you have already signed the offer letter for either incentive, you don’t need to do anything as we are able to extend this offer by this notice without RSPs needing to resign. We have updated our offer letters accordingly.

In addition to this rollover notice, we want to let you know that we are immediately introducing a tolerance of 20 for our calculation of net fibre growth over the previous month. (This means that if you lose 19 or fewer net connections in the previous month, you will still be eligible to receive credits). If you lose 20 or more, you won’t be eligible. If you have missed out by fewer than 20 connections under this condition to date, your account manager will be in touch shortly.

If you have already signed the respective offer letters for either of these incentives programmes and you want to continue to participate, you do not need to do anything. If you have signed up for FY24 but do not want to continue, please contact your account manager. If you have not signed up but want to for Q1 FY25, you can sign the offer letter or contact your account manager.
