We recently informed CCM users that we are migrating logins to Chorus Single Sign-On (SSO), managed through Chorus Activate. We can now confirm details and timeframes.

Access will be managed through your Chorus Activate account. You may be prompted to change your password if you haven’t used your Activate account for a while. Please talk to your Activate Admin in your organisation if you need to have an account created or are having issues with your account.

These will be your credentials for logging in to CCM from 20 May 2024, using the ‘Login with Chorus account’ option (as per the screenshot below).

Please use this new URL to login after the cutover. This website will only work after our migration.
