We wish to inform you that our next fibre portfolio price adjustment will take place on 1 January 2025 (last change was October 2023). This change will see our pricing cycle aligned to our regulatory year (January – December) and is part of our effort to maintain a high-quality network to meet market demands.

Before finalising any changes, it's essential we engage in formal consultations with you, our valued RSP partners. We've scheduled this consultation process for July/August 2024. This step underscores our commitment to transparency and collaboration.

Please note: We are aware that price changes taking effect during the Christmas break creates some challenges. We aim to provide notice well before the Christmas shutdown starts and will work to help minimise issues caused by this timeline.
