Chorus Coverage Maps (CCM) logins

We're reaching out to inform active CCM users about an important update regarding the login process. In May, we will be transitioning from individual email address logins managed through Wialus to Single Sign-On (SSO) with access managed through Activate.

This transition will bring several benefits, including improved security and a more streamlined user experience. However, we understand that this change may require some adjustments for different groups of users. Below, we've outlined the instructions for each group:

  1. Chorus Activate users (RSPs, Serco and partners): Access will be managed through your Chorus Activate account. You may be prompted to change your password if you haven’t used your Activate account for a while. If you don’t have an account or if you have any issues with your account, then please speak with the administrator within your organisation first. They should be able to resolve any issues that you have with this.
  2. Non-RSP users: The login screen will be updated, but your access to CCM will remain unchanged. You will continue to log in using your email addresses as usual.  

We are committed to making this transition as seamless as possible for all users.
