Wireline has always been our core Customer Ordering channel for copper services and when we started building fibre services, we also started including availability information in Wireline for NGA fibre services. The availability of fibre services in now well established in the Chorus Portal and Broadband Availability API.  

From 1 March 2024 we will be removing fibre information from the pre-qualifications results in Wireline. This will include:

• ‘Result Positive For’ NGA (will no longer be provided)
• ‘Messages’ Is NGA Capable, ONT present (will no longer be provided)

Refer to screenshot below on fields and information that will no longer be included. This also includes information returned by the Wireline B2B.
