On 6 December 2023, our teams will come together for our End of Year celebration. 

We aim to give all Chorus employees the opportunity to attend the event, so there will be reduced staff in our Provisioning teams from 2.00pm – 5.00pm. We will be closing our Fibre Provisioning general inquiry phone queue – 0800 729 005 during this window.

While we are working with a reduced workforce we will reply to your emails as normal. If for any unforeseen reason you experience some delays, we respectfully ask for your patience and support. Please continue to use the applicable escalation channels as these are BAU.
