In March we provided formal notice that we are proceeding with the withdrawal of the RGW ONT service. The first stage of this is a stop-sell from 30 October 2023, to align with release dates, followed by full withdrawal from the network by 31 October 2024. 

This marks the end of the life cycle of this product and there will be no further development into RGW ONT and its processes. We will however still support this service until you can migrate your customers to a standard mode setup. 

To reduce impact to you, we will minimise the amount of change required for the stop sell. System changes for the full withdrawal in 2024 will be advised closer to the time.
