Product renaming – confirmed delivery date for Chorus Portal and SAP
Last year we consulted with you on a proposal to standardise the naming convention for our Bitstream offers and to rename our core products using this new convention. We had been aiming to implement these changes before the end of 2022, however we had to delay the change due to a full delivery pipeline at the time.
We can now confirm these changes will be implemented in Chorus Portal and SAP on 19 November 2023. This update serves as formal notice for these changes.

The renaming is ringfenced to the offers below:

For the avoidance of doubt, the B2B IDs and Billing Product IDs will not change, only the text offer names. This change will therefore only apply to channels where the Offer Name is used (Chorus Portal and invoices).
Unfortunately, we are unable to fully implement the changes across our Assure Portal/APIs in November, but we are aiming to complete this in FY23 Q3. We will confirm this date by way of a Customer Update closer to implementation.
