We have reviewed our rate card pricing for Colocation footprint RQ activity since its inception in 2021. Due to the differing components involved with footprint requisition activity, we are confident that the Price on Request (POR) pricing methodology whereby the activity is based on service company pricing plus Chorus margin is a better, fairer and more accurate representation of the cost. 

We will proactively notify adversely affected customers via account teams and provide a credit where the POR pricing methodology is lower than the rate card previously charged. 

We are giving notice that we will revert the pricing for footprint RQ to POR from 23 June 2023. 

Footprint RQ orders submitted during the notice period (i.e., between now and 23 June 2023) will be assessed under the rate card and POR pricing methodologies, and the lower of the two will be applied.
