To incentivise upgrades of connections off the Fibre 50 plan (if the price of it increases as proposed) onto something of better value, for the three months October to December we are proposing to offer a one-off upfront credit of approximately $40-$60 (subject to internal approval) for any of those connections that upgrade from Fibre 50 to Fibre 300 (or a faster speed product). Upgrades or moves off Home Fibre Starter 50 connections, (also being a 50M speed plan), are excluded from this upgrade incentive.
