You gave us feedback indicating the need for RSP’s to be able to monitor the effectiveness of marketing and promotional activities month to month, so that you are able to quickly make adjustments to increase your new connection order volumes. 

As communicated at our recent RSP strategy session, we are now making available a new report which will detail your market share of new fibre orders by product group, for both consumer and business plan types, enabling you to assess the performance of your activities, and order mix against the total Chorus order volume. 

In addition, if your order volumes fall within the top 5 RSP’s by volume, then you will also see a ranking in your individual report. 

Your individual data will be confidential and will only be available to you. 

The report will be made available within the first week of each month and can be forwarded to you from your account team who will be able to explain how to interpret the data. 

At this stage, Hyperfibre will be excluded from the report, but this will be reviewed in 2023.
