Update to Mobile Access fault ticket

Following our announcement about our new 4Gbps and 10Gbps Mobile Access services launching on 11 August 2022, we would like to inform you that the Mobile Access fault ticket will be updated to include two additional questions. This is to help a faster resolution with the information available upfront for us to diagnose the issue. 

Additional questions:  

  • Have you checked your SFP? 
  • What are the light levels (Tx and Rx - dBm)?
