In collaboration with the Ministry of Education, we have agreed to extend our MOE COVID-19 Broadband Support Package to all currently connected qualifying households until 30 June 2022. 

What’s happening?

The Ministry of Education (MOE) COVID-19 Support Package offer was made available in 2020 to participating RSPs, allowing you to connect households identified by MOE as requiring connectivity for in-home learning. Under this offer, we had agreed to credit 100% of the Wholesale fees to you, until 31 March 2021 (Offer Period), subsequently extended to 31 December 2021. 

Following further discussion with the Ministry of Education, we have now agreed to extend the Offer Period for all qualifying households to 30 June 2022. You do not need to take any further action in relation to this – we will continue to provide credits for these connections as we have in previous months.
