In May we advised Geo-blocking will be introduced for all overseas Online Order Tracking (OOT) access. After feedback from customers we have decided not to proceed with the GEO blocking changes. Other options will be investigated to reduce the risk of any overseas cyber-attack. Please contact your account team if you have any questions.
