As part of Chorus’s amalgamation of user identity management, we are moving user access from the current Chorus Gateway for the Service Performance Manager tool to a new url, username and password managed through Chorus Active Directory and withdrawing the current access.

This communication is formal notice of the shutdown of the user access for SPM via the Chorus Gateway A migration of users from current SPM access to the new user authentication is planned to start on 2 August 2021.

Last year, many of the testing functions that were previously provided on SPM were deployed on the Assurance website for RSP’s, leaving a small amount of functionality such as Mailbox Management and Call Diverts remaining on SPM. Your account team will be working with you to confirm that access is still required for SPM to perform these functions.

This change will require users who still need access to SPM to go to a new URL and use a new username and password for each RSPs and sub brand (if appropriate), as it works today with SPM.

It will no longer be possible to access SPM via the current Chorus gateway login from 31 August 2021.

Please ensure you have communicated this change to your operational teams that use the SPM tool.
