What’s happening

Due to unexpected issues discovered during testing we have decided it is prudent to delay the early release of our RGW ONT to 23 November 2020. Full release remains on track for 1 March 2021.

Whilst we appreciate this delay may be frustrating, it does nicely coincide with the launch of our new ‘Remote Managed Service’ configuration website (RMS). 

The RMS has been developed so your support teams can view, configure and manage ONTs in RGW mode (both 3rd Generation & Hyperfibre ONTs), features include:

• Wi-Fi configuration
• Voice configuration
• REBOOT/RESET
  • Reboot Device remotely
  • Reconfigure Voice Service
  • Reset to Factory Defaults
• WAN (available 1 March 2021)
• LAN (available 1 March 2021)

Promotional offer

To encourage early adoption of our RGW ONT service, we’re giving participating retail service providers a one-off $50 credit for each RGW Wi-Fi connection enabled between 23 November 2020 and 24 May 2021. $50 is equivalent to 38 months of RGW ONT rental ($1.30 per month).
