From 1 July 2020, we are adding another option of the payment of NGA business services. It means that retail service providers will be able to pay upfront for NGA business services - NGA Business (Bitstream 3 and above - for a term of between five and ten years, rather than paying monthly for recurring charges.

How it works

We will calculate the upfront amount as the present value of all the future payments that you’d otherwise be paying monthly over the selected term.  That’s just applying a present value discount to those future payments, on a straight-line basis.

Key terms

• The reference offer terms continue to apply to any NGA business service you’ve paid upfront for – this is just a different way of paying.
• Installation and connection fees aren’t affected – you’d still pay these separately alongside the upfront payment.
