Our Copper Connect Offer  makes it easy for you to partner with us to grow your connection base. This Offer has been in market since 1 February and we have had positive uptake from customers participating and getting results.

What’s happening

After consulting with a number of you we have decided to further extend this offer to 29 November 2019. If you missed out last time you have until 31 July to sign up to participate.

What’s the details

While the offer will be extending for the second time, this time there will be a change to one of the incentives offered.  From 1 August we will offer $50 rather than $100 for upgrades and some new connections. Any of these types of orders received from 1 August to 29 November may be eligible and credits will be applied on Service Given up to 31 December 2019.

Our Copper Connect Offer is about getting Kiwis on to the best available Chorus broadband service where Chorus fibre is not available.  That means we will continue to make this offer available to you in non-fibre areas (rest of New Zealand), Local Fibre Company areas and some future UFB2 build planned (2020 and later) areas.

Next steps

If you have signed up already, all you need to do to continue to participate in this offer is submit a marketing plan for the additional four-month period to support the areas you wish to target (1 August to 29 November 2019).  If you missed out last time and now want to participate, contact your Account Manager.  You have until 31 July 2019 to sign up to participate.
