Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) migration system changes
What’s happening?
Following recent notification from Spark about the upcoming migrations to their new IMS SIP-based network, we would like to inform you that we will be supporting Spark with these migrations.
Please note that there will be some minor changes to the current Wireline and eSPM tools Refer to the details below.
What’s the details?
We are supporting Spark with the migration of the following production trial sites:
- Rahotu
- Waiau Pa
- Anderson Bay
- Kaponga
- Halfmoon Bay
- Hokitika
Changes to Wirelines
- PSTN Number reservation screen
- Query Intact screen
- Query Site and service screen
Changes to eSPM:
- New LMSIP POTS test menu
- New IMS POTS test menu
- New format for operational information for data and IMS services
The change to the tools will be available in production during the month of July with two target dates:
- 15 July - eSPM
- 22 July – Wireline
