The products consultation was launched earlier in the year to help us understand what products and services are important to you.  The response to this consultation was incredible and we would like to thank each one of you for your contribution either through the online consultation form or the workshops.

We have promised to be transparent in this process and share the feedback with you.  We are pleased to inform you that we have gathered all the feedback and summarised it into this paper.

Next steps

• We are keen to initiate a discovery on some of the popular ideas as identified on slide 5.
• In parallel we will also start a detailed consultation process on some of the individual ideas identified on slide 5 in the attachment (Phase I & Phase II).
• We will communicate the consultation process to you closer to the time.
• There will be a decision point at the end of the Phase I & Phase II to build confirmed products.
