We’ve completely redeveloped our service provider website with new, up-to-date content, new features and a new URL – sp.chorus.co.nz.

What’s happening?

Over the past year, we’ve been reviewing our service provider website to serve your needs better.

We’ve made major changes to how you navigate the site. We’re also adding new content such as market insights, and more videos for easier browsing. There’s also a new email preference centre. Going forward, you’ll only get emails that are relevant to you.

We’re also renaming Informers to Updates. If you’re currently subscribed to Informers you will need to re-register for Updates. When you complete the registration form you'll also be able to select the types of Updates you want to receive through the preference centre.

We'll stop sending Informers at the end of March and start sending the new Updates from April. Register now to ensure you don't miss out.

What’s the detail?

You’ll notice significant changes from our old site:

• Information’s now organised by customer type, rather than product groups. This better defines which products sit best with consumers, versus businesses.
• 95% of the content is now available without a login for quicker access. Don’t worry. Sensitive information remains locked – please register for access.
• Content pages are now separate, downloadable documents.
• We’ve also created a dedicated, product offers page.

The old site will be available for the next couple of months. Please note that we won’t be actively updating it. This new site will have the latest information, so please bookmark and check here in the first instance.
