Annual Labour Cost Index price changes

The Commerce Commission’s Final Pricing Principle (FPP) decisions set annual price changes to the recurring charges for UCLL, UCLFS, SLU and UBA copper services. These price changes flow through to our Handover and Baseband commercial products, and will be effective from 16 December 2017. The Commerce Commission also approved Labour Cost Index (LCI) price changes on 28 November 2017, which will be actioned at the same time

However, we are only applying LCI to prices that are not impacted by FPP, with these changes and any adjustments effective from 16 December 2017. There will be no structural change to the format of your bill. Key changes are listed below, for the whole list please check the Chorus link above.

Our pricing rate and CSA price lists will be updated to reflect the new prices before the effective date of each price change (16 December 2017) and the price book will reflect the new prices in the month of each price change.

You can visit the Commerce Commission website to review the relevant approval for the change and updated STD contracts.
