We’re going to continue providing free interim Install Support and Manage Agree services until 28 February 2017.
What's happening?
We appreciate your patience. We realise it’s taking everyone a little longer to fully integrate their teams and processes with Portal B2B. That’s why we’re giving you more time.
We’ll offer our interim support services until the end of February 2017. For those who require support from 1 March 2017 onwards, we’ll provide Install Support at $40 per order connected.
What's the detail?
We know that some providers are waiting for further B2B enhancements, before they can complete their integration. We expect to have this new functionality in production by the end of January 2017.
From March 2017, you’ll choose between:
- managing your own customers’ appointments, installation messages and interactions.
- using our commercial Install Support offer.
If you do take up our commercial offer, we’ll help offset the charges incurred in March 2017 against the NGA SLA credits we pay today. Then from 1 April 2017, the $40 per order connected will apply, with the total appearing in your monthly ebill. For more details, click here.
