Together with Crown Fibre Holdings (CFH), we’re pleased to announce a conditional agreement that sees free residential installations continuing to 31 December 2019. It applies to premises connecting to our UFB network, outside of contracted standard distances.

What's happening

If the deal becomes unconditional, we’ll continue offering free residential installations up to 200m in single-dwelling units (excluding gated communities) and free residential installations in multi-dwelling units with no more than three residential tenanted stories until 31 December 2019.

What's the detail?

For now, the Residential Installation Offer continues to apply. This means that we’ll provide a free residential installation up to 200m, for all residential consumers in:

• Single-dwelling units (excluding gated communities)
• Multi-dwelling units with no more than three tenanted stories.

We’ll consult on relevant changes in the Wholesale Services Agreement (including business installations), and will present revised drafts in the Product Forum.

The implementation’s timing depends on whether the agreement with CFH becomes unconditional.
