Install support update

We’re still processing your feedback on our Install Support proposal, and will now deliver the final plan on 31 October 2016. We’ll also extend our interim offer to 31 January 2017.

What's happening

We notified you in June, about upcoming changes to Install Support and Manage Agree. On 1 September we presented our Install Support proposal, which outlined how we can best support your customers’ fibre install experience in 2017.

It’s an important piece of work that we want to get right, so we need a little more time to work through the outcome of the industry discussions and find the best solution for everyone. The new date for the final proposal will be 31 October 2016. We encourage any feedback you may have, to reach us before then.

You also told us that ending the free Manage Agree/Install Support services during the busy December/January holiday period would be problematic for your business, so we’re extending both free interim services until 31 January 2017.

What's the detail?

What does this mean for you? You now have more time to lock in your plans while we finalise uptake and confirm the commercial offer. The terms of our proposed support service are still available on our website:
