Ensure premise wiring issues are quickly fixed

We’re upgrading Online Fault Management on 1 July 2017. From this date, you’ll have the ability to authorise repair work to premise wiring past the ONT. This will be for a fixed price of $235.00 + GST. Authorising premise wiring repairs helps fix these issues promptly. It gives your customers the best service experience. Note that fibre premise wiring between the entry point (ETP) and ONT generally remains our responsibility and cost to repair. Repairs exclude any CPE-related issues.

By using our new Check Mate app, you can determine if an issue’s occurring up to the ONT. It provides real-time data to help diagnose and isolate customer faults. You can then make an informed decision around repairs past the ONT.
