Change Notification 88: 2 June 2015

We wanted to let you know we are changing a couple of options on our Provisioning 0800 number; the changes will be effective from 01 July 2015.

What's happening?

From 01 July, we intend to introduce separate IVR options for provisioning Baseband IP and Baseband Copper when you call 0800 729 005.

You will be presented with the following IVR options:

Option 2 for Broadband, UCLL and Baseband Provisioning; then

• Option 4 then Option 1 for Baseband Copper; or
• Option 4 then Option 2 for Baseband IP or Baseband IP Extended

Our website will be updated to reflect these changes.
