Customer Change Roadmap 4: 18 September 2015

The September 2015 Customer Change Roadmap is now available on our customer website. We have updated the delivery dates of a number of existing initiatives and launched included a new initiative.

Gone live in August

• NGA business offers (Enterprise) – The communication of the business offers was in August, with release 17th September 

New Initiatives

• NGA Tail Extension – Work is due to commence on this initiative in September, with Comms to come in April/May. Anticipated launch currently May/Jun/Jul 2016

Existing Initiatives

• Simplification to Premise Network Services – communication of these offers will now be in early 2016
• VDSL Band Plan Change – Rollout is now expected to commence in September and complete in December (Changing from August/November)
• Better Business Service Wrap – First milestone now expected in mid-September (from mid-August). Informer was sent out yesterday.
• Business VDSL – communication of these offers will now be in November with expected Launch in Feb 2016 (from Aug/Nov)
