Following the successful launch of Phase 1 and 2 of our Better Business service wrap, we’re now launching the Phase 3 improvements; including proactive management of the end to end provisioning process and coordination of orders for network rollouts.

What's happening?

To give you the confidence that your premium fibre connections are being given an enhanced focus by us, we’re announcing the launch of the next three improvements as part of our Better Business service wrap.

This Informer provides a summary of the improvements being launched in Phase 3 during December, with more detail available on the relevant product pages on our website.

What's the detail?

There are three Better Business service wrap improvements launching in Phase 3:

  1. Install pricing coverage maps: to enable you to get back to your customers with pricing faster, we’re exposing the pricing at an address level in specific areas within our Chorus Coverage Maps. Launch date: 3 Dec 2015
  2. Provisioning proactive task management: gives you proactive issue resolution through monitoring and jeopardy management for NGA business and education connections.* Launch date: 3 Dec 2015
  3. Coordination of orders for network rollouts: so you can better manage multiple site rollouts, our provisioning team will work with you to coordinate provisioning and installation for five or more business fibre connections.* Conditions apply, please see the website for full details.
