Extending the activation window for non truck roll fibre orders

As a result of your feedback we’re extending the hours of availability for non truck roll orders to match provisioning hours.

What's the detail?

At the moment you’re able to specify an activation time for non-truck roll orders from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, at hourly granularity.

To give you greater flexibility, from 14 December 2015 you will be able to specify an hourly activation time between 6am and 7pm, Monday to Saturday for all bitstream orders.

This change will apply to any order on the Chorus Portal that does not require a truck roll.
