Live in October

  • NGA positive pre-qualification report: effective on 7 October. We've replaced the current NGA positive prequalification report with the Chorus Portal extract
  • UFB platform upgrades rollout: lifecycle and future upgrades NGA GPON nodes (ISAMs), and network (FAN) in support of UFB
  • Managed Provisioning: tiered service rate card
  • Phase 1 of Better Business service wrap: Dedicated provisioning team and new network provisioning process launched.
  • Phase 2 of Better Business service wrap: Introduction of a longer quote life (from 90 to 180 days) and rate card for our planned UFB areas
  • Setting the right expectations with end customers: Chorus is aligning its messaging to end customers throughout the order and installation process. This means changes will be made to bring consistency to communication material.
