Chorus Portal B2B update
The delivery of the Chorus Portal B2B is the next milestone for our new fibre provisioning system. We’ll be deploying this in stages to you enabling incremental improvements to your end-to-end fibre customer experience as we deliver this capability.
What's happening?
Our new fibre provisioning system has been designed to give you more information at order entry which we believe will allow a significant improvements in your end-to-end customer experience and reduce the industry’s costs.
Ongoing consultation, building on our operating experience with fibre, identified some gaps in the latest iteration of the industry agreed Business Interaction Framework (BIF).
We see our B2B fibre provisioning capability as a core building block for all our future fibre services and having an efficient, fit-for-purpose interface is critical. Our review of BIF gaps and the inclusion of additional functionality, means we need to delay the delivery of our B2B Portal interface from when we originally outlined our new systems roadmap.

Our plans for the delivery of the Portal B2B delivery are as follows.

First week Nov Release of the remaining ordering functions, B2B and emulator with on boarding getting underway for all customers
B2B emulation trialists wanted
If you are interested in trialling the B2B Portal pre-order and order emulators, both of which will be available for restricted capacity trial and beta testing later this year, please talk to your service delivery or account manager.

It’s been some time since we last updated you on our design for the B2B Portal and the additional functionality and detail we’ve added to the BIF.

Removal of UFB services from OO&T and SSP
In our Informer 214 in September 2014, we gave notification of our desire to the withdrawing UFB services from OO&T (Wireline Portal) and the Self Service Portal (SSP). We anticipate this changing as a result of the delay and will ensure you are given 12 months’ notice of withdrawal of UFB services from OO&T and SSP once the new B2B Portal has been successfully delivered.
