Our Copper Operations team is improving how your emails are managed. Emails about network moves, relocations and quotes will be consolidated into a single inbox for faster handling.

What’s changing

The current chorus_provbuild@chorus.co.nz address is replaced by coppernetworkquotes@chorus.co.nz. You can start using this email now.

Until 30 June 2017, emails to the old address will be automatically redirected to the new inbox, and you’ll receive an email reply to confirm this.

From 1 July 2017 though, network move / relocation / quotation-related emails will need to go to coppernetworkquotes@chorus.co.nz.

How you can help

To ensure your emails are handled quickly, it’s important that you change the contact details on your documentation, templates and collateral to coppernetworkquotes@chorus.co.nz now.

Note that we won’t send another reminder of this change before July.
