Annual price adjustment of our sundry charges to reflect changes to the Labour Cost Index and Producer Price Index.
What's happening?
We will be adjusting a number of sundry charges from 1 March and 19 May to reflect changes in the Labour Cost Index (LCI) and Producer Price Index (PPI).
What's the detail?
Regulated products
The pricing terms set out in the Standard Terms of Determination for our UCLL, Sub-loop UCLL, UCLF and UBAproducts provide a process for adjusting our sundry charges to account for changes either in LCI or PPI set by Statistics New Zealand.
This year the adjustment has resulted in a small increase across all sundry charges.
The Commerce Commission approved the price adjustment on 2 February 2015. These prices would usually increase from 1 November 2014, but this year we are making the change from 1 March 2015 and will not be back dating.
Commercial products
Where our commercial products have used price points or methodology which are aligned to regulated products, the charges will also be aligned as per their commercial contract on 1 March 2015.
We have also reviewed power pricing in line with changes to the PPI for Exchange Space and Wireless Co-location and these price changes will be effective from 19 May 2015.

Our pricing ratecard and CSA price lists will be updated to reflect the new prices before the effective date of each price change and the price book will reflect the new prices in the month of the each price change.
