New Network Extension Process postponed until 23 February 2015

Following your feedback, the new Network Extension process due to take effect on 14 January has been moved to 23 February 2015 

What's happening?

The Copper in a Fibre World Informer 213 dated 25 September 2014 provided details of the process for customers’ requests for extending the copper network.  The change means that instead of charging end customers for this work we will be charging you to provide you with the choice to pass on these costs to customers.  

What's the detail?

Following your feedback we have decided to delay the effective date of this change to 23 February 2015.
