After more fibre customers?

We’ll give you a head start. Our website’s new consumer acquisition page contains several address lists in one spot. You can use them in your own acquisition campaigns.

What's happening?

We’ve looked at a number of opportunities to help you sell more fibre. With our detailed address lists, you’ll be able to make more compelling household offers. You’ll find them on our customer website, in one easy-to-find location.

What's the detail?

A page has been created and will contain the following:

Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) list. This list provides all apartment addresses where fibre has passed, and therefore NGA is available. To support you further, we also have a ‘MDU Bulk Service Request Offer’. This is where we’ve identified preferred sites to target. We’ll update this monthly.

Non Chorus network list. We’ve identified addresses without an active Chorus connection within the last 3 months or greater. This list indicates the best broadband possible at that address (e.g. NGA, VDSL or EUBA). We’ll be updating this quarterly.
We’ll also include Mosaic information for the first time, which segments and profiles the recipients.
So you can offer the best customer experience when connecting, we’ll highlight addresses where we believe NGA’s intact. (Meaning a fibre install has been completed at that address).

Fibre passed address list. We regularly update this with streets that now have fibre, and provide an address database for you to target.

Fibre intact report. This list identifies all addresses on our network, where fibre’s already installed. This will be updated weekly.
