Install Support to close 30th April 2018

After 375,000 communications with customers, numerous learnings and continual insights to inform a better install experience, Install Support will close for service at 5pm Monday 30th April.

The Install Support team was originally developed to help manage communications with home and small business consumers during the fibre install process. The team supported the installation process by providing customers with the information they needed for a better install experience.

In 2017 Chorus offered Install Support on terms set out in the Install Support Offer. This Offer made Install Support available for a fixed period from 1 March 2017 to 30 April 2018.

Therefore, as of 5pm Monday 30th April the team and their contact number, 0800 642 726 will close for service.
