During the consultation, you told us that your business customers prefer fibre over copper and do not consider copper as a product of choice but rather a fall back where fibre was not available.

We also learned through our recent business research that business customers on business fibre plans are more satisfied with their experience than when on consumer VDSL plans.

We’d like to thank you for your input, it was very useful. Following the results of this consultation, we’ve decided not to proceed with the development of a new VDSL product for businesses however we’ll continue focus on the business fibre experience and service to improve customer experience.
