We’ll be soon launching the new Broadband Checker Business websites and API that will provide you and your customers with a single source of product information on all business services available at a location.

Easy to integrate with your business systems and processes, this will ensure you and your customers have access to the most accurate and up to date information to assist with selecting the right product to meet their business needs. 

We’d like to thank those of you who helped us shaping these new digital tools during the two workshops that we organised earlier this year. 

Broadband Checker Business API 

The API will provide you with relevant information on the business services available at a selected address. It will allow high level comparison of products and will also provide useful information on estimated lead times and approximate costs.

When this API become available from late October you will also have access to:

• Full developer documentation
• RAML API specification
• API support

Broadband Checker Business retail service providers site

It will be accessible via the service providers’ website - sp.chorus.co.nz from late November/early December.

This dedicated site uses the API to arrange and display information for Chorus business service availability at a selected address.

You’ll access all information relevant to you such as availability, lead time, lead time type, products, features, connection cost and network connectivity.

Broadband Checker Business end-customers site

It will be available from our public website - Chorus.co.nz from early November.

It will provide information that are relevant to end-customers including the key benefits of each product. This information will help end-customers to comprehend what business services and options are available at an address to support an informed discussion with your customer facing teams.

Note that the end-customers view will not see costs, detailed features or network connectivity as you would normally combine these with your own features and services.
